Andrea Normanno is an electronic musician, drummer, fingerdrummer, dj/selector, and producer based in Sicily. Normanno's diverse output currently takes the shape of 3 projects:
Kassiel, released on various labels including Slow Motion, has appeared on the lineup of festivals like Spring Attitude and the one of the best European boutique festivals, Ypsigrock.
No Ambition And Fuck-all Interest, A Techno duo whose tracks piqued the interest of Ben Sims amongst others.
Cratere Centrale, a dance- oriented Jazz-Funk band that has open gigs for the likes of Nu Guinea, Motor City Drum Ensemble, and Gilles Peterson.
Alongside this Andrea has been a key figure in Sicilian club life. Spinning records across Sicily for 15 years, he cut his teeth at the iconic venue Mercati Generali and shared the booth with legends of electronic music such as Carl Craig, Marcellus Pittman, Floating Points and John Talabot. His dj skills lead him to play celebrated clubs across Europe as Goa Club in Rome and the mighty Corsica Studios in London alongside Alexander Nut.
